Nothing more annoying than walking up to a major grocery store and having it be closed. How difficult is it to have one cashier watch over the self-scan section. I'm sure there's more than just that, in regards to staying open to the public for those 6 hours of being closed, but not everyone keeps to those hours to shop. Your still paying to have your lights on, your products to be cooled or frozen and it would seem to be that amounts to losing revenue for 6 hours. In turn, making it up through other means of raising prices possibly. Idk....

Love this Smith's! Their staff is always kind and so good with my kids. I rarely have to wait for a line. The bakery, deli, and butcher are always willing to check on anything I can't find. I go here must for their customer service.
It's clean and well kept with fair prices.
It's our local grocery store. We've became friends most all the employees and managers.
Lots of organic foods reasonably priced! Good products, good customer service. Happy with the reduced pricing. It's how we shop. We'll be back.
Smiths has good prices to keep up with the competition, but my only complaint is that the aisles are not very well labeled. They have the general aisles information hanging from the ceiling but other than that it is just a general description. Which makes it hard if they happen to group something away from where people may think it would be.
